DOHA • Prominent politicians, intellectuals,
businessmen, academia and human rights activists from various parts of the world are expected to converge in Doha
for the 8th Doha Forum on Democracy, Development and Free Trade due to take place on April 13-15.
A wide range of political, economic, development and human rights issues will be tabled during the three-day
conference, which will also discuss the future of cooperation between the North and the South.
