Livni wants ‘a code for democracy’ 2008-04-15 |
ISRAELI Vice-Premier and Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni yesterday called for an international set of standards, which would ban violent organisations from participating in elections, arguing that the instability perpetuated by such political movements “result in the destruction of democratic values”.
